The conference was held at Tel Aviv University and was supported by the Sackler Medical Faculty. Gathering medical and medical related students from all over the world, HMC highlighted the importance of humanitarian activities in national and international context. Through its activities, the event wanted to increase the awareness of involwement in humanitarian activities, by lectures, debates, visits in hospitals, meeting specialists, leading experts in their field. Facing the reality of humanitarian activites in times of crisis especially, was one of the main aim to define the first steps in developing them.
