Medical Engineering Association with the support of „Politehnica” University of Timișoara, Mechanical Engineering Faculty and the Centre for Modelling the Prosthetic Appliances and Surgical Operations on Human Skeleton CMPICSU organized the Interdisciplinary Conference „Medicine and Technology - between Research and Practice”, the 2ndedition. This conference had the purpose to highlight the importance of technology in the evolution of medicine, from medical investigations to therapeutical methodes, from research to clinical practice. The papers with different topics from the medical and medical engineering fields, create an overview of the medical practice and research. The 2nd edition of the conference tooked place on 10th of December, starting from 10:00, at The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, room 196.
